a>Agree to ‘NOT REMOVE ANY BACKLINKS’ on the template footer and you agree ‘NOT TO REMOVE ANY URL’s/LINKS/CREDITS TO BEGINLOGIC.com’ as long as you are using the free theme on your site and same rule applies to ebooks as long as they are with you in any form of storage device or hard-copy/printed works.

b>Agree to ‘Creative Commons Attribution-No Derivative Works 2.5 India License‘ License which allows sharing the work only without any kind of modifications to the files with the creative commons license file included inside and link-back to the author’s site(thats BeginLogic.com) on the theme’s encrypted footer area, And for ebooks, the links will be as-is distributed to you without any modification of links or content of the ebook.

License Agreement For ‘Unencrypted Footer’ Themes & PLR Ebooks:

If you have been using any of the Free themes developed by BeginLogic.com which have an Unencrypted footer & PLR Ebooks and you might have paid for downloading it, then you dont need to do anything as we have removed the license agreement on these two paid products.

Note: All those violating the license will end up in court. Jurisdiction in India court under Indian Penal Code of Copyright’s Act With Creative Commons License Protection.
